Kraft Waikiki Dessert

Another Kraft dessert from the Summer of 1972.....
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
16 oz miniature marshmellows
1 can crushed pineapple (13 1/4 oz)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar; press into bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan, reserving 1/4 cup crumbs.
2. Melt marhsmellows with milk in double boiler or n a saucepan over low heat.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Add pineapple and lemon juice; mix well.
5. Chill Thoroughly.
6. Fold in whipped cream; pour over crumbs.
7. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
8. Chill several hours or overnight.
9. 12 servings.
