This Korean recipe is for marinating meat and fish before broiling or stir-frying.
Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon ginger juice or 1 inch ginger, sliced or 2 teaspoons ginger, powdered
1/4 cup rice wine or 1/4 cup sake
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on low heat until thick.
