Korean Spinach Side Dish Muchim

A healthy and flavorful use for spinach. Easy to do too.
Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach, washed
1 tbsp. sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Blanch the spinach by putting it in boiling water for less than a minute. Drain it and set it aside.
2. Add the Sesame Oil to a very, very hot wok.
3. Stir fry the spinach for 30 seconds.
4. Add the garlic and a pinch of salt.
5. Serve immediately. It is also good chilled.
