A fantastic side for any meal
Ingredients:
dressing: 3/4c oil, 3/4c catsup, 1t worcheshire, 1 minced onion, 1/2c sugar 1/3c rice vinegar
1 bag fresh spinach
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2lb bacon, fried then diced
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chesnuts sliced and drained
*additional ideas, cherry tomatoes or sliced starwberries
Directions:
1. Prepare dressing and Refrigerate a day before.
2. Add Dressing right before serving.
