I make this for my lunch, but it is good appetizers and kids love this
Ingredients:
5-7 scallion cut into a inch length
1 carrot chopped
100g ground beef
1 large egg
120 g cake flour
30g potato starch
1 teaspoon of salt
150 cc water
1 tablespoons of sesame oil
4 table spoons of vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix everything except veg oil in a bowl (do not mix too much)
2. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat.
3. Put vegetable oil into a pan
4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan
5. Brown on both sides till it gets crispy and serve hot.
