Excellent flavor in this simple recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
3 scallions, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
3 tablespoons sugar |
4 garlic cloves, pressed |
2 lbs steak (cut of your choice) |
Directions:
1. Combine first five ingredients, mixing well. 2. Put steak in zip bag and add soy sauce mixture. 3. Marinade for about 4 hours. 4. Grill or broil to desired doneness. |
