Ingredients:
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup honey
2 lbs rolled oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 cups grape-nuts cereal
1 cup wheat germ
1 lb coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Melt first six ingredients.
2. Let cool slightly and add remaining ingredients.
3. Stir thoroughly.
4. Bake in 9x13 inch pans for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5-7 minutes.
