Kohrabi Daikon Radish Slaw

This is a very different slaw which is crisp, slightly sour and a great accompaniment to any summer meal. Inspired by JoJoBa's Kohlrabi Slaw but changed a good deal.
Ingredients:
1/2 c wasabi dressing
1 kohlrabi raw, shredded
1 medium daikon radish, shredded
1/2 c kohlrabi greens, shredded
1/2 whole yellow bell pepper
1/2 medium red bell pepper, raw
Directions:
1. Wash and keep the leaves of the kolrabi See Photo. Remove the spine then sliver/shred the leaves.
2. Shred the kohrabi and radish.
3. Thinly sliver the bell peppers.
4. Pour the Wasabi Dressing over the vegetables, toss to coat.
5. Chill 1 hour before serving.
