Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For Koftas:.
  2. Combine minced meat with all kofta ingredients.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Shallow fry till golden brown.
  5. Put aside.
  6. For Curry:.
  7. Fry onions in a little oil, add ginger and garlic and fry together till golden brown.
  8. Add remaining Curry ingredients with enough water to make a gravy.
  9. Bring to a boil, add koftas and simmer for about 40-50 minutes.
  10. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan bread or pitas or chapati.
