Okay, so apparently traditional Polish kluskies are made from potatoes, but ours aren't. I think we just call them that, lol. I think these are also from the Hungarian Women's Auxilary cookbook but they might be called something else. You can easily change the servings of this recipe, just keep the same proportions.
Ingredients:
water
2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 chicken soup powder
12 eggs
2 cups milk
salt
6 cups flour
Directions:
1. Put a pot of water on the stove to boil; add the 2 bouillon cubes.
2. Stir together the eggs and milk with a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
3. Add the flour a little at a time and stir (you may not need all 6 cups of it).
4. When it gets a doughy consistency and gets hard to stir, drop by small spoonfuls into the pot of boiling water.
5. Let all kluskies come to the top and wait for the water to reboil.
6. Cook for about 15 minutes.
7. Drain them and serve.
