Yummy moist snack
Ingredients:
3 kiwifruit
1 cup sugar
1 cup water, boiling
60 g butter
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
1. Boil mashed Kiwi, sugar, water and butter for 5min and then cool.
2. Mix in beaten egg and sifted dry ingredients.
3. Bake in greased and lined loaf tin at 175 degrees Celsius for 45min.
4. Add chopped nuts if desired, walnuts are great. These will alter the calorie count accordingly.
