Kiwi, Strawberry and Mango Fizz

Ingredients:
200 g strawberries (hulled and quartered)
2 kiwi fruits (small, peeled and quartered)
1 mango (flesh removed and chopped)
2 (200 ml) sparkling white wine (bottles)
Directions:
1. Using a food processor or blender, process the strawberries, kiwifruit and mango until smooth.
2. Transfer to a serving jug or carafe and add the wine and stir to combine.
3. Set aside for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the bubbles to subside.
4. Evenly pour among champagne flutes and serve immediately.
