Ingredients:
8 oz. fat free yogurt
3 tbsp. orange juice, fresh
1 tbsp. honey, cream
1/2 tsp. orange rind, grated
1/4 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 kiwi
4 strawberries
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, orange juice, honey, orange & lemon rind, making sure the honey is completely blended into the yogurt.
2. Place in 2 shallow bowls.
3. Peel kiwi and slice into 1/8 rounds.
4. Remove stems and cut strawberries lengthwise into 4 pieces.
5. Arrange fruit on top of yogurt and sprinkle with orange rind.
6. Refrigerate 1/2 hour until well chilled.
