This is a great do ahead no cook dessert. Looks and tastes great.
Ingredients:
5 kiwi, peeled
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup whipping cream
Directions:
1. Puree kiwi in a blender with 1/4 cup sugar.
2. Beat egg whites until foamy.
3. Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until still peaks form.
4. Beat whipping cream until stiff.
5. Fold in egg whites and kiwi puree.
6. Spoon into dessert dishes and freeze.
7. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
