Kitty's Healthy Tuna Casserole

healthy, high fiber tuna casserole
Ingredients:
6 oz tuna in water, drained
1 cup peas, frozen, cooked and drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 1/2 ounces (dry) healthy harvest whole wheat blended pasta, cooked & drained
10 3/4 oz can campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 8X8 inch or 1 quart casserole dish with Pam cooking spray.
3. Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and cheese and pour into sprayed dish. Sprinkle evenly with breadcrumbs and then evenly with cheddar cheese.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
