It's hard to believe something so easy can taste so good. Very kid friendly. Try it, you'll like it. Since it isn't true Hungarian I changed the name.
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut 1 inch cubes
1 large onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup catsup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup water
1/4 cup flour
Directions:
1. Place meat in a crock pot. Cover with onions. Combine ingredients; garlic through dry mustard and add water to mixture. Pour this mixture over beef and onions in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 9 - 10 hours. Dissolve flour in small amount of water. Turn corck pot to high and stir in flour/water mixture. Cook 10 - 15 minutes more. Serve over egg noodles. So easy and so YUMMY!
