1. Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken. Leave in crockpot on low for 5 hours. Drain broth out of crockpot into bowl. Put about 1 cup of broth into saucepan and add cream cheese. Stir until melted together. Save rest of drained broth back in case the sauce needs thinning; especially later when reheating leftovers. This is an easy and DELICIOUS dish and the chicken is so tender! Serve with rice or pasta.
