My estimation, for nutritional analysis purposes. The Korean diet site claims 300g and 484kcal per roll. I tweaked the recipe to match the calories; but it's heavier, so I'm missing something. But it's better than a big chunk of Other in the pie chart.
Ingredients:
1 cup rice, short-grain, cooked
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark sesame oil
1 sheet sushi nori
1/4 large carrot
3/4 egg
3 oz steamed spinach
12 g spam
12 g oriental radish
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Find kimbap store.
2. Order kimbap.
3. Eat.
