Kielbasa Kababs

Try adding pineapple chunks to them.
Ingredients:
1 ring pork kielbasa, sliced into 8 chuncks
2 potatoes, par cooked cut into 1/4 's
2 onions, par cooked cut into 1/4 's
2 bell peppers, cut into 4
8 button mushrooms
4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes
1/8 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
fresh thyme
Directions:
1. Mix oil, salt, pepper and thyme into a storage bag.
2. Then add rest of ingredients.
3. Marinate 10 minutes.
4. Skewer alternating 2 of each ingredient on each skewer.
5. Grill for 10 minutes turning frequently.
6. Not to burn.
7. Serve with a side salad.
