Kielbasa and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour carrots into bottom of pan.
  3. Peel and quarter potatoes and add to carrots.
  4. Cut cabbage into wedges about 2 inches thick.
  5. Lay in pan with carrots and potatoes.
  6. Add water, seasonings, and butter.
  7. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender.
  8. Lay kielbasa on top of vegetables.
  9. Cover and bake 15 more minutes or till sausage is heated through.
  10. Serve with french bread or garlic bread.
