Prep time is freezing time.
Ingredients:
1 (500 g) bag frozen summer fruit or 1 (500 g) bag fresh berries
100 g plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. Put the fruit in a blender with the yogurt, honey and essence.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
4. Freeze for atleast 1 hour.
5. Stir it a couple of times to stop it crystallising so much.
6. Scoop into bowls and serve the little ones quickly!
