Here is a fun sandwich to try. I love it. Try it and rate it! I think it would be neat to see how many people like it.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 small onion, diced
8 slices bread
Directions:
1. Drain kidney beans and place in bowl.
2. Add mayo and diced onions. Mix well.
3. Chill in fridge for approx 10 minutes.
4. After chilling add mixture to 2 slices of bread to form a sandwich!
5. Optional: spread more mayo to bread as needed.
