I love the smoked tuna dip on many restaurant menus in southern Florida. It's easy to make and a yummy surprise to serve to a bunch of Yankees!
Ingredients:
2 (5 ounce) envelopes hickory-smoked tuna
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons minced onions
2 teaspoons horseradish
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers, veggies, or chips.
