Another great marinade that can be used on just about any type of fish or shell fish.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 teaspoon lime zest, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine. 2. Refrigerate until ready to use. 3. Note: This is only 1 point on Weight Watchers menu.
