Creamy Key Lime Pie with Homemade Graham Cracker Crust Lower Calorie/Fat Version
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup key lime juice
Directions:
1. Crust:.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Mix Graham Crackers, Light Brown Sugar, and Butter.
4. Press onto bottom and sides of 9 pie pan.
5. Bake crust for 8-10 minute.

11. Add Key Lime Juice and beat until thoroughly combined.

15. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and 30 minute.
