Key Lime Pie With Homemade Graham Cracker Crust

  3. Mix Graham Crackers, Light Brown Sugar, and Butter.
  4. Press onto bottom and sides of 9 pie pan.
  5. Bake crust for 8-10 minute.
  6. Fill (cool crust if desired).

  8. Beat cream cheese until creamy.
  9. Add in condensed milk.
  10. Add egg yolks, beat until smooth.
  11. Add Key Lime Juice and beat until thoroughly combined.
  12. Pour into pie crust and distribute evenly.
  13. Bake on 350 degrees for 10 minute.
  14. Remove from oven and cool.
  15. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and 30 minute.
  16. Serve.
