Key Lime Pie
Ingredients:
4 large egg yolks
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In large bowl, beat the egg yolks for 1 minute.
3. Add sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 the lime juice.
4. Whisk until blended.
5. Add remaining lime juice and all of the lime zest.
6. Mix together.
7. Pour into pie crust.
8. Bake for 12 minutes.
9. Let pie cool completely.
10. Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy.
11. Spread over pie.
