Key Lime Pie

A very quick and easy pie that I made for a dinner party. Rich and luxurious; this one isn't for calorie-counters!
Ingredients:
250 g digestive biscuits
100 g butter, melted
5 limes
400 g condensed milk
300 ml heavy cream
20 g bitter chocolate
Directions:
1. Whiz the digestive biscuits in a food processor until breadcrumbs.
2. Mix in the melted butter.
3. Press the mixture into the base of a greased 20cm loose-bottomed pan.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Meanwhile, zest and juice the limes into a bowl.
6. Add the condensed milk and cream and whisk until creamy.
7. Pour over the chilled base.
8. Place back in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
9. Decorate with shavings of bitter chocolate before serving.
