Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon whipping cream
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Combine cornmeal and salt; add boiling water, and stir well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
2. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto a greased griddle. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
