This is a recipe for Cocoa that will boost your natural Anandamide levels. I use this recipe for my anxiety and it works wonders! Since I started drinking this once a day, my anxiety has all but faded into the background. None of the ingredients can be substituted as they all work together to form a special compound called AM404, an anandamide reuptake inhibitor. I usually take this with 500 mg Paracetamol (Tylenol) to boost its effects and 600 mg NAC to prevent any liver damage from the paracetamol. Note: Paracetamol is contraindicated for people with Acute or Chronic liver damage. I am not a doctor, you should always talk to your doctor before starting any new medications including over the counter medications and supplements.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup whole milk, warm
3 teaspoons cocoa powder
4 teaspoons peanut oil
4 teaspoons white sugar (can use sweetener equivelant)
2 teaspoons soy lecithin
Directions:
1. Combine cocoa, sugar and peanut oil in a mug with a large base and stir until it forms a smooth paste.
2. Sprinkle soy lecithin on top.
3. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve the paste into the water.
4. Add milk and stir to combine. (You can use cold milk, but the oil will de-emulsify).
