Jeanine never liked Banana Bread before she tasted Katy's recipe, now she likes it :-)! It is fun to try new stuff in the swap.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
3 medium bananas, about 1 c mashed (old or frozen work)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
lemon peel (optional)
walnuts (optional)
pecans (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix egg, mashed banana's, veggie oil.
2. Add all dry ingredients: flour baking powder,.
3. Soda, cinnamon, and sugar.
4. Mix well pour into med bread pans.
5. 350 50 minute.
