simple chicken and apple salad
Ingredients:
1 apple
1/2 chicken breast, skin-less and steamed
2 green onions
1/4 c. almonds
2 t. mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
1 lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Core and dice apple with peel on, roughly chop chicken, slice green onions in 1/4 inch pieces, chop almonds
2. Combine all ingredients and season with salt to taste. Serve on lettuce leaves.
