ALL YOU NEED IS A CUP OF THIS SOUP FOR A SIDE. A BOWL FILL YOU UP, AND THIS SOUP FREEZES GREAT
Ingredients:
12 c chicken stock
pint heavy cream
3-5 med potatoes diced up bite size
10 oz package frozen spinach
white or purple onion diced up
garlic salt and pepper to taste
jimmy dean hot
jimmy dean mild
stick of butter
Directions:
1. GET CHICKEN STOCK IN A BIG POT HEATIN UP
2. ADD STICK OF BUTTER
3. ADD CHOPPED POTATOES, ONION, SPINACH AND CREAM
4. BROWN BOTH JIMMY DEAN, ADD TO POT WITH DRIPPINGS
5. COOK AT A SIMMER
6. SOUPS DONE WHEN POTATOES ARE NO LONGER CRUNCHY
