Just a basic sour cream pound cake but oh so good...You will definately enjoy this with a good cup of coffee!!! A girl from work used to make this cake for my birthday along with another cake recipe I put on this site. Read more ... This is really good... Ingredients:
3 sticks of butter or margarine, softened |
3 cups of sugar |
6 eggs |
3 cups of flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon soda |
1 cup sour cream |
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream margarine and sugar
2. Add eggs one at a time beating in between each one
3. add dry ingredients alternating with sour cream
4. Then add vanilla
5. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan for approx 1 hour and 25 min
6. at 300 degrees
