Ingredients:
2 cups yoghurt (500 ml)
3 tablespoons raisins, washed and dried (60gms)
2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped
1 tablespoon caster sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
8 pieces saffron, soaked in the hot water
Directions:
1. Place yoghurt in a bowl.
2. Whip it well with a wooden spoon.
3. Add all the ingredients to the yoghurt.
4. Serve chilled.
