Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 bouillon cube
1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
1 cup buckwheat groats
1 egg
Directions:

boil water and bouillon.
2.
add mushrooms.
3.
add 1 c kasha in another saucepan over medium heat.
4.
add egg to the kasha and cook until dry.
5.
add the broth to the kasha and simmer on low (15 min).
