Ingredients:
1 onion diced
1/2 cup(s) mushrooms coarsely chopped
2 clove(s) garlic minced
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
2 cup(s) mushroom broth
1 cup(s) kasha
1 1/2 cup(s) bowtie pasta
1 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
2. Add mushrooms and saute until softened
3. Add mushroom broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add kasha and salt and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
5. Prepare pasta al dente
6. Mix together kasha mixture and bowtie pasta and serve warm
