Karen's World Famous Meatloaf!

According to my fiance, it's World Famous so I will trust his judgement. I mean it must be good since he picked me! LOL. Courtesy of Karen Bressler.

Ingredients:

1 lb hamburger

1 egg

3/4 cup oatmeal

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Directions:

1. Mix all thoroughly.
2. Shape into loaf.
3. Top with ketchup and grated cheese. Use american or velveeta.
4. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour.
