Karen's Hot Oatmeal with Applesauce

Yummy high protein breakfast. Good source of fiber, too.
Ingredients:
1/2 c milk, 1
1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 c egg whites
2 tbsp flaxseed, milled
1/2 c applesauce, mott's healthy harvest
Directions:
1. Put first three ingredients into a microwavable cup or bowl and stir.
2. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Add flaxseed and applesauce.
4. Stir and enjoy.
