Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) milk
10-11 slice(s) american cheese (yellow)
3/4 cup(s) cream cheese
1 package(s) elbow macoroni (16 oz. or 1 lb.)
6 piece(s) ritz crackers crushed
1 tablespoon(s) mozzarella cheese shredded
1 tablespoon(s) cheddar cheese shredded
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, cook your noodles, following package instructions.
2. On medium heat, add your milk to a separate small sauce pan. Constantly stir adding in a slice of cheese every 15-20 seconds. After your all your cheese has melted, continue stirring and add your cream cheese. After your noodles are finished (Drained) and your cheese is smooth and creamy. Mix everything together in a large saucepan. Transfer to a casserole dish after mixing. Spread macaroni and cheese evenly in casserole dish, and sprinkle ritz crackers over the casserole, then sprinkle your American and Mozzarella cheeses over the entire casserole and bake on 350 for 6 minutes or until your shredded cheese melts on top.
