Kale Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey (organic if possible)
1 bunch kale
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
salt & pepper
olives or coconut oil, for sauteing
Directions:
1. Chop the kale and saute' in oil. Dice the onions & garlic and add it to the kale. Using a hand blender or food processor, blend ingredients until well combined. Add ground turkey & mix well. Form into patties and grill or pan fry. Serve on a bun or over a salad.
