Kajikit's Spicy Mustard Salad Dressing

Use the mustard you prefer (I like spicy brown but couldn't find a calorie count...) and if you want to save even more calories, substitute fat-free milk/cream.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon light sour cream
1 oz 1% milk
1 teaspoon mustard (your choice of flavour)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small glass/container and pour over your salad. Serves one, but it would be easy to multiply it out for more people.
