Has Almonds, chocolate chips and lots of protein! Net carbs: 7g
Ingredients:
1/4 serving protein powder
4 tbsp egg substitute
2 tbsp cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, hershey's
3 almonds
1 tsp chocolate chips, semi-sweet
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients and then wet. Fold in chips. Microwave 1.5 to 2 minutes on HIGH.
2. Add a dollop of cool whip, if desired
