Quickie breakfast for one.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 slice bread
unsalted butter
salt and pepper
paprika or tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Butter both sides of the bread and cut a square hole in the middle of the bread.
2. Heat a frying pan to medium heat.
3. Put bread into the pan to melt butter.
4. Drop a small amount of butter into hole of bread and let it melt.
5. Then drop an egg into the middle and break the yolk.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook until the egg is done.
7. Sprinkle with paprika/Tabasco.
