I just found tis on-line and thought it was good enough to sshare with all the FOODIES out there. This is a great way to use up leftovers!! I've listed four filling options that I have used and enjoyed but the possibilities are endless. Read more . That's why they're called junk biscuits. You stuff them with whatever junk you've got sitting in the fridge or cupboard!
Ingredients:
1 - 2 tubes biscuit s
filling (amounts are approximate)
option #1
1-2 cups cooked ground beef, drained
1 cup grated chedder cheese
1 small can stewed tomatoes or leftover spaghetti sauce
pinch of italian seasoning
pinch of garlic

leftover taco meat
grated cheddar cheese
option #3
leftover alfredo sauce
chunks of grilled chicken
parmesan cheese
option #4
scrambled eggs
chopped ham
chedder cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat over per directions on biscuit tube.
2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking oil.
3. If using regular sized muffin tins, split each raw bisuit in half horizontally.
4. Lay one half in bottom of each muffin cup.
5. If using jumbo sized muffin tins, put one whole biscuit in the bottom of the tin.
6. Form the biscuit dough so it covers the bottom and sides of the muffin cup.
7. Mix together your filling ingrediants and warm them up in the microwave.
8. You want them to be warm but not hot.
9. Spoon filling mix inside the cup of dough that you formed.
10. Place the lid of dough over the top pinching the sides together.
11. For the regular sized muffins this would be the other half of the biscuit.
12. For the jumbos you can use another whole biscuit.
13. Bake per biscuit directions,
14. may require a few extra minutes to heat through to the center of the filling.
15. When there is only a few minutes of cooking time left, sprinkle more grated cheese over the top.
16. Eat hot, take cold for lunch at school or work, or reheat for breakfast the next day!
