This is the best pina colada I've ever had. If you are in KC go there and taste it. It's wonderful. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon coconut |
1 ounce pineapple juice |
1 1/4 cups scoop vanilla ice cream |
ice |
5 ounces pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix |
1 ounce whalers dark rum |
raspberry puree |
whipped cream |
maraschino cherry |
toasted coconut |
Directions:
1. Blend ice, coconut, pineapple juice, ice cream, pina colada mix, and rum. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Swirl raspberry puree in line in glass. 4. Pour in drink. 5. Top with garnishes. |
