Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 jar(s) caramel sauce (for ice cream)
3 cup(s) chopped baking apples
1 cup(s) chopped pecans
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
3 cup(s) sifted all purpose flour
2 cup(s) su
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1 cup(s) vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Grease and flour bundt pan.
2. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix in liquid ingredients. Stir in apples and pecans. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes up to 1 hour and 30 minutes in a large bundt pan. If using a smaller pan you can decrease the time to about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow cake to cool and drizzle with Caramel sauce.
