This is a great meal that will provide you with at least 4 servings of vegetables. It is all fresh and natural, has 5 grams of fiber. It is very easy to make and very delicious and nutricious. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
romaine lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
red ripe tomatoes, 0.5 medium whole (2-3/5 dia)
black olives, 2 jumbo
green olives, 1 big
hearts of palm, 0.5 piece
peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup
cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices
parsley, 2 tbsp
pepper, black, 1 dash
extra virgin olive oil, 2 tsp
lime juice, 0.25 fl oz
Directions:
1. Take a deep soup bowl.
2. Cut in pieces the first seven vegetables, chop parsley, put all of those in your bowl.
3. Add some freshly ground black pepper, pour the oil and squize the lime juice over the salad.
4. Mix your salad and serve it.
