Jumbo Peanut Butter Cookie

Ingredients:
1 slice wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 pinch splenda
Directions:
1. Take wheat bread and cut crust off.
2. Roll with a rolling pin into very thin slice.
3. Cut in half.
4. Spread one side with peanut butter just short of the edge of the slice.
5. Sprinkle a thin layer splenda on top of pb and press other slice on top.
6. Crimp or fold over edges of bread together
7. Sprinkle a little water on top of bread and dash with a little more splenda.
8. Bake in toaster or oven at 350 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
9. Let cool, and you have an improv pb cookie!
