Julies Spicy Meatballs

This is my new spin on my Moms'old spicy meatball recipe. They will dissapear befor your eyes. How addicting these little guys are!!!!! You pick your own heat!
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
1lb ground pork
1lb ground spicy sausage
3 cups plain bread crumbs
3 whole eggs
1 large onion finely chopped
2 serrano peppers finely diced or however many u like
as many dashes of your fave hot sauce as you like
5 scallions thinly sliced
1tbsp dry mustard
2tbsp southwest seasoning mix
salt and pepper to taste
4 jars of your most favorite salsa
Directions:
1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE SALSA AND SCALLIONS IN A LARGE BOWL. IF NEEDED USE MORE THAN 1 BOWL
2. USING A MED SIZED SCOOP OF THE MEAT MIXTURE ROLL 2IN MEATBALLS AND PUT ON A BAKING SHEET
3. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 30 -35 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR
4. THESE WILL HAVE TO BE BAKED IN ABOUT TWO OR THREE BATCHES DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR PAN AND MEATBALLS
5. TRANSFER BROWNED MEATBALLS TO A LARGE CROCK POT OR SLOW COOKER SET TO LOW
6. ADD SALSA AND MIX WELL BEING CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK UP THE MEATBALLS
7. TOP WITH SLICED SCALLIONS AND SERVE WITH TOOTH PICKS
8. AND AN ICE COLD BEER!
